How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Car Care account and associated data, please submit the form below using the same username, email, or phone number you used to register in the app.

After submitting the request, our team will verify your information and process the deletion.

Data that will be deleted

User profile information
Login credentials
Service and order history
Any data associated with you

Data retention

Some information may be retained for legal, security, or accounting purposes for up to 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are usually processed within 7–14 business days.
